About Victoria

From CEOs to middle managers, companies and organizations big and small, Victoria Brown has successfully trained hundreds of executives in the art of persuasive communication.

Building confidence, speaking with precision, holding the attention of busy people, getting heard in a world more and more used to communicating in jargon and sound bites, is the challenge for any business, in any category.

Whether communicating in small groups or speaking at the podium, Victoria’s clients enthusiastically embrace a new understanding of how to get their message across with compelling results.

Ranging from Pfizer to Goldman Sachs, Gilead Sciences to Citigroup, Novartis to Vera Institute of Justice, Victoria’s clear, accessible, customized, easy to grasp trainings have resulted in building confident effective communicators.

Victoria also has an extensive background in theater, music and dance, both as a performer and teacher. In her spare time her penchant for dancing tango and singing with an a cappella group adds nuance to the joy and success of her work with her clients.

I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of working with Victoria throughout my career. While some coaches focus on mechanics that can propagate the worst of corporate stereotypes, Victoria has always seen things differently.

It’s amazing to see how her techniques can help transform employees — not just in how effective they can be as communicators, but in how they view themselves, their colleagues, and their mission in the workplace.

She has drawn on her vast experience from the arts and corporate America to define an approach that focuses on connection and humanity.

Victoria encourages developing a deeper understanding of your colleagues and/or audience while also bringing your true authentic self to your work.
